SOLD at R740k. Much higher than what we expected and a mortgage was approved at R823000.00 to cover 10% deposit.
This is a good example of a no money down transaction. Or part. There is still the transfer duty and so on to be paid.
The 10% deposit the banks want these days are covered with the larger bond application. The bank valuation was not a problem, because we had a real below market value property.
